Carers
Some events allow carers to attend free or at a reduced rate. Please note: the number of carers’ tickets is often limited per performance.
To take advantage of this offer you must have with you, when presenting your tickets, ‘The Access Card’ with a +1 symbol (
), also known as CredAbility Card or a Nimbus Card or other official ID with assistance required on the ID. This card confirms to us that the holder requires support from another person without the Queen Elizabeth Hall having any knowledge of your personal details. This card is simple to apply for. Only one free ticket per paying customer

Children must be accompanied by an appropriate Adult while in the venue
