Estas Tonne – a musician with strong and bright expressive power who breaks the rules of contemporary show-business, a musician whose music is not a goal, but a tool that can liberate human capacity for cognition of ourselves, as well as the surrounding reality.
By traveling to countless countries and places, Estas Tonne finds himself in several cultural references without identifying himself with a single nation or country – rather with the cultural richness of the world. His music is, therefore, a reflection of many approaches.
A fusion of classical structure, technique of Flamenco, roots of Gypsy, characteristics of Latin and Electronic Soundscape – all this variety of styles flowing into each other, almost unnoticed and showing up as surprises in a harmonious structure of sound – is reaching out differently in each performance, yet always in unique form and melody.

Darts Legend Van Barneveld Headlines Oldham’s Annual Arrows Evening
Five-time World Darts Champion Raymond van Barneveld will spearhead a field of major title winners, who will be pitted against young guns when A Night of Champions returns to Queen Elizabeth Hall on the 8th December.
Prices: from £20

Dutch great van Barneveld will be joined by three other major champions when the popular event takes place in Oldham on Friday 8 December.
Scotland’s Robert Thornton, who has won the World Grand Prix, UK Open and World Masters, will perhaps be Barney’s main rival for the title.
He will be joined by fellow Scot John Henderson, winner of several Opens and a European Tour finalist.
But Stockport’s Darryl Fitton, last year’s World Trophy winner, will be hoping to draw on vociferous local support to aid his cause.
Former Players Champion Paul Nicholson will also be in the running, as will the highly entertaining former professional Wayne Mardle, who will be adding some razzmatazz to proceedings as always.
In addition to the line-up of experienced champions, three of the sport’s rising stars – including two from Lancashire, will be competing.
They are Bradley Brooks, of Blackburn, Jim Moston, of Stoke-on-Trent, and Oldham’s own Callum Loose.
